Returns

We want you to love your FajrLuxe pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can reserve your preferred item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at fajrluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
